What are the optimal wireless settings for both 2.4 and 5ghz?

Just recently replaced my N66u with the AC66U. I am seeing issues with the wireless when I am on the second floor. For the channel I know I can use insider to find the one with least interference. How about Channel bandwidth. should 2.4ghz be on 20 hz and 5ghz be on 40 ? what is the best settings for best result that you guys have found ? right now Channel bandwidth is auto 20/40 for 2.4 and 20/40/80 for 5ghz.

I set my (AC68R) channel bandwidth to 20/40 for 2.4G and 20/40/80 for 2.5G frequency. In addition, I have also increased my Tx power to 120mW, so my devices at 1st and car garage could get a strong wireless reception

Can someone help me find the file? It doesn't seem to be up on the Asus site anymore, and the link someone posted in here doesn't work.
