zenwifi Ax not mounting usb drives

Anyone able to help?

I've got a ZenWifi AX mesh that works great but I am trying to get a shared drive going...

firmware Version : 3.0.0.4.388_23285-g5068da5

Drive shows up, correctly identified.. but Unmounted... but when i go to the USB Application - AiDisk .. it says No USB Disk Detected....no option to mount or connect it.. Tried this with a coupla usb flash drives too and same..

Try plugging the drive into a Windows PC and formatting it as an NTFS drive. Then eject it and plug it back into the router.

It is probable the router does not have enough power to spin the Passport drive. Use an externally powered drive or a thumbdrive. An SSD may also work
