Hello! I have an ASUS RT-AC3200 & PCE-AC68 and I can't use AC mode. I am stuck in N mode. I live in Europe, is that the reason? I am connected to the 5GHz band FWIW.

I have TP-Link T9E, uses the same Broadcom BCM4360 chip, and it works on Windows 10. Full speeds. Asus must have done a bad job or something.

Hello! I have an Asus N66 router with the latest Tomato Shibby firmware installed. Everything is working perfectly but I'm wondering if there are any options or settings I should change in order to get the best speed possible and/or the most secure network possible.

So this time around I won't have to do a Factory Reset? Yeah, I struggled for days, maybe even a week to get my speed issues fixed (dunno if it even was the router to begin with). Aside from the security updates, nothing compels me to update.

Dunno if I should take a plunge into the deep and update now that I have 376.44 working better than ever. Seriously, no problems on my end or the routers end. It's working flawlessly.

My issue with the speed suddenly plunging and taking an hour to return to normal before doing the same an hour later has gone away. No idea what caused it or what fixed it but I'm glad either way.
