    I have the exact same issue with my RT-AC66U running access point mode. I already reported it earlier in this thread. Channel stuck on 36, when I try to apply my new settings, everything is set back to auto again. Tried factory reset, cleared nvram and stuff: doesn't help. Reverting to 54 does...

    Random Wifi Latency on Laptop

    I used to have the same problems with my Intel Centrino Advanced N 6205. Every minute or so the ping spiked to around 300 / 400 ms instead of the usual 25 / 35 ms. During normal web browsing I never noticed anything, but when playing some online games.... The ping spikes were caused by the card...
