    I've turned off Smart Connect and everything is finally connected using a different ssid for all 3 bands. The fastest consistent speed I get on any device is about 160, with an occasional jump to about 200 but nothing faster. What should I check next?

    Thanks, I was wondering about that, I've read good and bad about Smart Connect and I'm having issues with some smart bulbs and switches not connecting so I'm going to turn it off. Do you recommend any settings that might help the Internet speed?

    I just setup an XT8 mesh system and I updated both routers to the latest firmware. I have gig fiber and I'm getting 900+ at all 4 ethernet ports on the main router but I can't get a wifi download speed faster than 150 on any of my home devices on either band (2nd 5ghz band is dedicated backhaul)...

    Thanks. I just ordered the XT8 and I will need to "thread" the cord through a tight spot so I can't use a regular extension cord without cutting it first (I know it's not a big deal but I'm just making sure I have what I need before it arrives).

    I have a single AX6600 (not mesh) and I am getting excellent wifi signal strength everywhere in my house, but our 3 laptops (Mac, HP and Lenovo) keep losing internet access. I can't find any specific time or activity when this happens, it can happen once or twice a day on any of the laptops...
