ASUS RT-N66U with LAN-WAN performance problem

Hi, I put a Gigabit-switch before the router, where all local devices are connected (Cisco Linksys SLM2008 with 8 Gbit/s throughput). This will offload LAN-switching from the router. Also check if flow control (802.3x) has been enabled on the router (if possible) and the PC and switch.

    SONOS Sound System breaks RT-N66U

Hi all, has anyone opened a ticket at Asus for this fault? I would do that, but I changed to Tomato, because I have to enter a lot of DHCP configs and try out a lot, while my wife uses the Sonos system.

    n66u radios

But it makes sense ;) Two radios in 2.4 with G and N, probably with 40 MHz will block the complete 2.4 range. If set to auto, this will really mess up. But as always, ymmv.

    n66u radios

Hi, what I did is setting the 2.4 radio to mixed G and N whilst setting the 5 GHz radio to N only.

Firmware .108 What are you finding?

First post, hi all. So I tried all available OFWs on the rt66n. Many problems with the Gui, icons and menus disappearing, apply-boxes not working and so on. The only good thing is the WiFi performance. Tomato by shibby at least made everything work as expected, so there can't be a router HW...
