    OE, I'm not quite sure what RSSI means, but I did find the setting for each in the "Smart Connect Rules" section. Currently for 2.4GHz, RSSI is set to "Greater -52dBm" and 5GHz is "Less -82dBm".. What do these mean, and is there something here that should change to have it at least try to...

    This is all great info... Thanks for sharing! I'm going to go grab a pair of ASUS RT-AC86U this week and set it up with the wired backhaul. Hopefully then my kids will stop complaining about "my internet is slooooow dad!!!".

    Parental control not working via wireless

    Yes, my son figured this out the other day on our Xbox. It's hard-wired and I had the internet shut off at that particular time. He ended up just switching to wifi and was back up and running! I added the wifi mac too now! Darn kids. ;)
