I have owned many routers in my lifetime. Linksys, Asus, Dlink, Netgear, SMC, Ubiquiti. Not one of those has ever randomly changed it's wireless channel unless it was rebooted. I was not repeating a myth. I was stating what I believed to be fact. If I was wrong, I stand corrected.

Nope. AUTO doesn't continually check. It only does it at power up.

You need to enable QOS and set the upload and download to be a little less than what it's suppose to be. So for example, I pay for 50/50 and I set QOS to be 48/48 and I now get an A for Bufferbloat.

He's talking about the ability to use the app over 3G/4G and not just Wifi.

I saw the same behavior on beta 1. Haven't had it happen yet on beta 3.

Hi Merlin, I can tell you, that I installed build 3561 a few days ago and I haven't had an issues with port forwarding. On the previous versions, I would have to re enable it every 24 to 48 hours. Just an FYI.

I also been having this issue. I have to go in and disable it and then re enable to get it working.

If you have all your devices/computers connected to the switch than the LACP should be between your computers/switch. Your Internet connection and your wireless clients can't take advantage of LACP. So I don't see the benefit of creating a LACP connection with the router unless you have devices...

My router RT-AC87R is responding to ping requests even though "Respond to ping request from WAN" is set to no. Anyone else notice this ? P.S. Thanks for all your work Merlin.

What is the purpose you are trying to gain by using LACP ?
