Ok so now, nothing has helped. Called Samsung customer care and they asked me to replace router. So now Asus is pointing fingers at Samsung and vice versa. This is going nowhere!

Hi Bluepoint. Whenever I turn off Wifi 6 in ax88u, the slow speed problem still occurs on my mobile device. I believe this may be an issue more on Samsung end, but at same time I was wondering if I should return the ax88u instead as the technology has not matured yet... I may take a call soon...
