relates to XD5 ai mesh nodes. Find they can sometimes disconnect randomly. They seem to be more stable on the older firmware.

Just wondering if there is a way to disable the flashing alert bell each time I log into my router? I've found previous firmware on an AIMesh node works/functions better. So reluctant to upgrade firmware.

Returned the faulty xd4s unit for a pair of XD5's and the issue has been resolved. One node definitely had severely degraded wifi. Better yet they are capable of running up to 160mhz on 5ghz channel so it is a win-win.

One of my nodes loses WiFi connection when I move it more than 2 m away from my router. Only 3 weeks old going to return it tomorrow.

I place the node right beside my router and it is receiving OK signal strength on 5ghz. If I move it 5m on the other side of the room, I have 0 wireless connection on this particular node. I think I will return this product tomorrow sounds like a faulty unit.

Do you have this firmware? I am trying to hunt for it, having issues with mine currently.

So if I plug the device into my router and say to prefer 5ghz backhaul it connects. When I move the device to the other room it no longer connects.. 🤔

Hi there, Recently upgraded to a 1000/50 connection and want to know how I am able to best utilise QoS so I can not hit the upload policier that my ISP has in place. Is it best to use adaptive/cake or FlexQoS to achieve highest download/upload speeds on this router? Thanks in advance.
