Hey, I read your post and I am in a very similar position in terms of setup and configuration. Server 2008 R2 and all that jazz. What you have succeeded where I have failed is turning uTorrent into a service. Now I downloaded the 2003 resource kit, svrany.exe and actually got the uTorrent to start/stop and I see the uTorrent.exe*32 show up in my process list but I cannot connect to the WebUI. How did you get uTorrent to work with the WebUI? Now I will say the moment the "log" onto an account the uTorrent starts up all is well but the whole point is so I don't have to keep a logged in user on at all times.
