    Help in setting up a GT-AXE11000, RT-AX88U, & 4 RT-AC68U nodes with NAS and AX210 Laptop

I did some research and testing with the AXE and sure enough, the 6GHz SSID isn't seen with Win10. But with a little searching found a workaround for it: https://dongknows.com/wi-fi-6e-6ghz-intel-ax210-driver/#how-to-install-the-intel-ax210-driver-that-unlocks-the-6ghz-band and I installed and...

    Help in setting up a GT-AXE11000, RT-AX88U, & 4 RT-AC68U nodes with NAS and AX210 Laptop

I was hoping the rt-88U would act as the switch if I could aggregate the 11000 to the 88U...but wasn't sure if that part is feasible or not. The client running the AX210 is win10. Isn't the link support done at the hardware handshake between the router and the wifi card itself? Right now I...

    Help in setting up a GT-AXE11000, RT-AX88U, & 4 RT-AC68U nodes with NAS and AX210 Laptop

I'm looking for advice on an architecture change/setup. I have a Synology NAS DS918+ connected to my "old" 88U aggregated to 2Gbps, my new 88u connected via ethernet to create the 160Mhz for my AX210. All that changes with the new 11000 I just got...

[Root Cause Found] RT-AX88U Can't get link speed over 866.7Mbps with AX210 or AC-9260 WIFI in laptops (160MHz)

I held off updating this thread until I had the actual replacement at my home before providing a final outcome to my trek here. After tons of back and forth with support and finally the CEO interface to report feedback on how support did, it was determined they could not resolve my issue and...

    Unstable netwerk with AiMesh

It could be the backhaul channels are getting knocked out when a radar pulse is detected....it causes the channels to switch. As mentioned, use channel 36 or 149 at 80MHz since those channels are not affected by DFS interference.

[Root Cause Found] RT-AX88U Can't get link speed over 866.7Mbps with AX210 or AC-9260 WIFI in laptops (160MHz)

Glad something good came from this! To be honest, as mad as I am about this garbage......I have learned something new. I had zero idea about DFS channels or even what they were until this forum helped educate me about what is happening and of course the people that have helped me publicly in...

[Root Cause Found] RT-AX88U Can't get link speed over 866.7Mbps with AX210 or AC-9260 WIFI in laptops (160MHz)

Well that falls under fraud (EDIT: Unless the UK region is supposed to be used in Germany). I bought the router on good faith that it's full potential is at my disposal. If I buy an 8 cylinder car and only 4 cylinders are working....I go to you and say hey, you sold me a 4 cylinder and I bought...

[Root Cause Found] RT-AX88U Can't get link speed over 866.7Mbps with AX210 or AC-9260 WIFI in laptops (160MHz)

I think I chucked the box, it's been almost 2 years....I never have intent to sell my "old" hardware I buy so after a year of no issues...I may have tossed it....I'll look in my attic.....but I'm pretty sure it's gone. I am beyond furious.....with Newegg. I didn't have any ax clients back...

[Root Cause Found] RT-AX88U Can't get link speed over 866.7Mbps with AX210 or AC-9260 WIFI in laptops (160MHz)

I just spoke with Newegg and of course it's passed the return date and will not assist......great..... Well this just plain sucks. May have to pursue legal action, it's on them to sell the proper region devices to customers.....I would think. How have others dealt with this?

I bought it from Newegg April of 2020. I don't think they'll take it back?? Oh man.......what a cluster.....

[Root Cause Found] RT-AX88U Can't get link speed over 866.7Mbps with AX210 or AC-9260 WIFI in laptops (160MHz)

I saw that post, I'll give it a try....is that done via putty with SSH enabled? I've used that an WinSCP to convert TM-AC1900 routers to RT-AC68Us but that is a far as I've used them with any level of comfort.

[Root Cause Found] RT-AX88U Can't get link speed over 866.7Mbps with AX210 or AC-9260 WIFI in laptops (160MHz)

When I switched it back to 36 I noticed that there are some other FIOS and other AP's at 116 but they are at -89dBm or below, I'm not sure if those APs a triggering a false positive? And even still, that channel shouldn't be affecting the high side of the 160MHz channel if mine starts at 36. I...

[Root Cause Found] RT-AX88U Can't get link speed over 866.7Mbps with AX210 or AC-9260 WIFI in laptops (160MHz)

I bought the pro version of the app for my Galaxy S9+. I took a screenshot. I've tried channel 36, 48, Auto and currently on 149. So I don't get why the router is hiding the middle channels to choose from. I'm almost tempted to go to staples and buy another 88u and see if mine has an issue.
