    D-Link DIR-825 Xtreme N Dual Band Gigabit Router: Second Time's the Charm?

    I've bought a DIR-825 and I'm happy with it on my little appartement. A friend of mine has one too, but he has having these range problems. Is it an option add a repeater/range extender/what-do-you-call-it? And if so... you'll probably need a dual band, right?

    Too bad :) Still... I've read/heard that the router is only configurable using an installable app. That kinda s*cks. I'll probably go with the DIR-825 or DIR-855 (if I can convince myself of the extra 100 € worth). Cheers, Niels R.

    In the review of the Thecus N41000PRO the author states that you can upgrade the memory module. Any idea what the performance improvement is when upgrading to (let's say) 512 MB?
