Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2_4 is now available for the GT-AXE11000

Thanks RMerlin taking security seriously and taking the time to make the 388.2_4 build! If it is important enough for you to update an "old" build for only 1 model then I know it's important: I am installing it now.

    GT-AXE11000 Region change

Make sure that the laptops that are trying to see it are running Windows 11 since Windows 10 doesn't support WiFi 6E "Microsoft recently announced that they are not backporting WiFi 6E support to Windows 10. Even if you have a WiFi 6E-capable network adapter, if your PC uses Windows 10, you...

    AXE11000 New Firmware

Looks like it is officially on the Asus support page now but I am going to stick with Merlin's build after all your guy's feedback: https://rog.asus.com/us/networking/rog-rapture-gt-axe11000-model/helpdesk_bios/

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.1 is now available for all supported Wifi 6 models

I picked up a used GT-AXE11000 used for cheap :) I did a reset then flashed from stock 386.45940 to Asus version 388.21224 then another reset and then to Merlin 388.1 ROG skin version. Running great for the past 4 days. I forgot to look when it was stock but the "Internet/WAN" and 2.5Gb ports...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta is now available

I am having the same ISP DHCP issue reported here: https://www.snbforums.com/threads/asuswrt-merlin-386-1-beta-is-now-available.68205/post-641611 Unfortuantly I rolled back to 384.19 since my network is a little more 'production' and havent had time to troubleshoot or get additional logs. But I...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta is now available

Anyone else having issues with DHCP from the ISP? I am getting the error message "your isp's dhcp does not function properly" I saw this in the changelog, but it seems to have caused an issue for me rather than fix anything: - FIXED: DHCP could fail to renew its lease with some ISPs when Trend...

[Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.8 beta is now available

I just bought a AC-5300 off CL last night to replace my Ac-3200. I am tired of being out of the loop on things and feel like the 3200 was an off-branch model that will never get the same attention as the rest. Hopefully I can flip my ac-3200 for the same price I paid for the ac-5300 :D Time ti...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.6 is now available

All I did when flashing my AC-3200 was: Reboot my router 384.3 and wait for things to settle down for a minute with my current settings Install 384.6 firmware and it auto rebooted after the upgrade.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.6 is now available

Just updated my AC-3200 from 384.3 and the wireless and everything else seems to be running butter smooth! (I had some wireless issues on 384.4 builds and was hesitant to upgrade recently)

Serious problem with 2.4ghz and recent firmware versions?

Same for me. 2.4ghz was horrible with anything 384.4 or after. I could not get any device to connect to it as it was giving a wrong password message even after a factory reset and manual config of wireless networks. I reverted to 384.3 and its been rock solid.

    [Release 384/NG] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.4 is now available

I am not sure if you saw my other posts but I have a AC-3200 and I am have the same issue as you and have tried most of the same steps. I ended up just reverting to 384.3

AC-3200 384.4 Update WiFi Connectivity Issue

I had the same issues with my AC-3200 and wireless connectivity. The problem for me seemed to be with older devices but it could have just been an issue with the 2.4ghz and not the 5ghz. I wasn't able to resolve the issue (and got tired of troubleshooting) so I reverted back to 384.3 and...

    [Release 384/NG] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.4 is now available

I have a AC-3200 and was running 384.3 without any issue. I upgraded to 384.4 and have multiple devices that wont connect to the 2.4ghz band. They are older chipsets and get a windows 10 error of unable to connect to network. Things I have tried: Perform a factory reset and then re-enter the...
