AV2 powerline kills my connection, do I need QoS to fix this?

In Germany VDSL lines or the technology is often sold as/called "IP" based (https://www.telekom.com/en/glossary#glossar381604) in comparison to the ADSL technology. So sorry for the misunderstanding I have created. And powerline as well as VDSL are operating in the same frequencies range. Just...

Router not getting internet back after WAN drop

I think you mix two things up. The WAN IP from your ISP is independent of the IP your modem is delivering. My network is running in a 172. network provided by my Asus. My modem is running a DHCP with a 192. network. I assigned a fixed IP from that network to my router. The WAN IP displayed for...

    WAN connection drops

General question: Are you using powerlan/dlan in your networks? If so, try to unplug and run your network without them for some time. Especially with VDSL they are really disruptive (in the german telekom forum they are really often mentioned)

RT-AC68u 5ghz issues and little performance decrease since update to 386.2

It was before. With the raspberry pis I messed up. They are 3b v1.2... they don't support 5ghz -.- But I couldn't find the reason why my desktop was not able to see the 5ghz on channel 132 (was using this channel for years). To get him back into 5ghz I had to switch to channel 44.... and after...

RT-AC68u 5ghz issues and little performance decrease since update to 386.2

Hi, I recently made a dirty update from 386.1_2 to 386.2 on my 68u. Since the update I am experiencing problems with my 5ghz band and also the web ui is loading a litte bit slower. I don't care much for the web ui, but the 5ghz issues are bothering me. I have several devices which are not able...
