    Thanks for the reply! Why do you recommend the Motorola mm1000 over the tivo (Ecb6000)? What advantage does the Motorola have over the tivo? From what I can tell they are both MoCA 2.0. Edit: I forgot to mention my gateway MoCA device is the ARRIS NVG468MQ which I believe is MoCA 2.0 Thanks!

    So technically, i could get a 200mbps powerline adapter and i would get the same speed as the 500mbps powerline adapter at speedtest.net? Is there a way to test if another coax cable in the room isn't being used by the satellite receivers?
