High memory usage on GT-AX6000 - how to diagnose ?

While my installed apps are different, I see the same memory usage on my GT-AX6000 as you're seeing (and am also running 388.1). I'm not sure the memory utilization is the issue - it's always been this way for mine and I've never seen any major problems since I got everything finally configured...

    AdGuardHome AdGuardHome Memory Usage Analysis

Good swap as in, >/=2GB? I'm currently using 2GB as the recommended default for Skynet, but I can increase/decrease it if it makes a difference. Also I should have pointed out that while RAM utilization is very high (981MB used of 1024MB), I haven't experienced any stability or performance...

    AdGuardHome AdGuardHome Memory Usage Analysis

Did you arrive at any conclusions with this? Reason I ask is that I'm seeing similar behaviour on a GT-AX6000. I'm not sure what my "swappiness" is set to (as the file shows blank in WinSCP and I have zero confidence in my CLI skills to access that info in another way) but if there's any insight...

Skynet No data to display in Skynet Statistics

Just wanted to add that I also needed to run dave14305's steps above (post #23) in order to get logging to work on my GT-AX6000 (menu option 10 didn't work; had to run the SSH commands). No weird configs, running Diversion + Skynet, never got log data to show until now. Thanks!

Solved Mobile client > VPN Server > VPN service (internet): possible?

Argh, I think I figured it out... Randomized MAC Address I think has been screwing around with the IP I'm grabbing, ergo making it impossible for VPN Director to know to route my device a particular way. Just tested it again after reverting to the device MAC and it works! The smarter these...

Solved Mobile client > VPN Server > VPN service (internet): possible?

Hello! So here's what I and my limited understanding of what Merlin can do is theorizing... I'd like to know first if it's even possible (mostly because I can't get it to work): I'd like to use an OpenVPN client on my mobile device to connect to the VPN Server on my Merlin-enabled router...

GT-AX6000: LAN 2 running as a DMZ port?

Well, figured it out unbelievably... it's IPTV. Under LAN > IPTV, the option to Choose IPTV STB Port in my environment is always set to LAN 3+4, as I have two wired boxes. On this router for whatever reason, selecting 3+4 actually means 2+3. I imagine there's a bug in identifying the 2.5G LAN...

GT-AX6000: LAN 2 running as a DMZ port?

I'll say that this weirdness aside, I haven't had any other issues (though it's only been a week). Throughput/range are good, works fine with AI Mesh, and with Merlin it allows me the level of insane micromanagement control I prefer. :) That said, if I can't figure this out it's a trip back to...

GT-AX6000: LAN 2 running as a DMZ port?

Hello! Weird issue (for me, anyways): regardless of what I plug into it, LAN 2 on a new GT-AX6000 forwards DHCP to my ISP, and the device gets an IP address outside of my network. Just that one port! Everything else works great, and I'd rather try to fix it before I return the router altogether...

    ROG Rapture GT-AX6000 finally announced

Funny you mention this as I was in the same boat. The final argument that pushed me towards the AX6000 was the fact that the value-add from the 16000 didn't seem equivalent (for my use case, anyways) to what I'm expecting to be double the price. That Merlin is available now for the 6000 is icing...
