I got the same issue with RT-AC1900U. Just update manually - download new firmware - choose update - point firmware file and start again. Worked like a charm.

Guys Issue fixed, ISP did mainteance and provide new IP scopes for building and suddenly all started to work!!! Everything is great, just activate openvpn client and finally I can watch amazon prime for UK Thank you for help

Its not working - the same in my situation, I can see in network in windows, unable connect wrong password and user name. By the way - node was reset prior to access to mesh system so if I reset again I need to add again back
