Ok. That's my first try. I have got all 7 Sensibo on the Mac filter and restarted the router. So far...so good.

Router RT-AC88U Firmware 384.17 Asus Smart connect is enabled. Wi-Fi is set to open system I have several Sensibo AC controllers that must use the 2.4 band. They will drop out and go off line if switched to the 5Ghz band. How can I lock these devices to the 2.4Ghz band.

Set the Asus Merlin to be master browser and it worked first time. Very neat. Solves several problems with flaky Windows and network browsing. Thank you for the guidance.

Asus AC87U Merlin 384.5 I specifically installed Merlin as I saw it advertised that it could act as master browser. I can't find the process to do this. Please tell me how to set Merlin 384.5 as master browser for my home network (8 PCs and three Raspberry PI)
