    AX3000 Drops WAN

My gateway's DHCP lease is 10 minutes. When the WAN link fails, it remains down indefinitely until I reboot. I provided that error because it's the only one I saw related to WAN and occurring around the time of the WAN failure. Anyhow, it's a rare failure, so I'll hold off on command line...

    AX3000 Drops WAN

I have an occasional issue with my otherwise great RT-AX3000. It will decide that Internet is disconnected when my AT&T Gb gateway (Arris BGW210-700) shows as up. My fix has been a reboot to the AX3000, which fixes all. (I'm open to other suggestions.) Logs did show only one WAN_Connection...

AC-3200 384.4 Update WiFi Connectivity Issue

384.3 is running well for me: completely stable, all devices connect. Of course, my 2.4G issue may have been due to a bad reset ... but I'd prefer not to try again until issues show as solved.

AC-3200 384.4 Update WiFi Connectivity Issue

Thanks. I've not seen that instruction before, but I will follow it in future.

AC-3200 384.4 Update WiFi Connectivity Issue

I reset to factory defaults and reloaded all settings manually, one at a time, including wireless. After reset, the router came back up with all wireless off, which I could only change using the Professional tab - a most unexpected annoyance. No prior settings were retained (that I could...

AC-3200 384.4 Update WiFi Connectivity Issue

I had a similar issue with the 384.4 firmware: 2.4GHz network password seemed to work for a few devices (WeMo) but not most (Acer laptop, iPhone, Nest devices). Channel bandwidth and Wireless Mode settings made no difference. iPhone reported that password failed. I tried to create a new...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.65 is now available

Thank you. Clearing out multiple Static DHCP addresses tripled my available NVRAM.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.65 is now available

Reboot: first thing I tried (IT support 101) and still only had 300 bytes unused. I'll try the John9527 recommendations and hope I haven't adopted a 3 radio dog.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.65 is now available

So how do I lower NVRAM usage? Which services are the biggest memory hogs? I do have a large list under Manually Assigned IP and have QoS Apps Analysis turned on, but most other services aren't in use. Suggestions are welcome.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.65 is now available

Hope this isn't a known issue, but my RT-AC3200 just lost all of my Port Forwarding. Note that free NVRAM is low ... but it's been low since I updated software to 380.65 last weekend and no other errors have occurred. Checked the log and there were no entries at all around the time it happened.
