    I finally did this but nvram set vts_rulelist didn't work. staticlist did work. I didn't enable SSH but used the run cmd interface.

    I currently have PPPoE and current speed is 100Mbits (copper). This weekend I am upgrading to 300Mbits (fiber). I do use port forwarding etc. so will report back my findings. Will do a speed test with h/w acceleration on and off.

    i have a long list of port forwards (more than 10) as well as static ips (about 10) that need to be after a reset. inputting them manually takes too long--what are my options?

    upnp logs?

    I tried configuring my synology NAS firewall required ports using upnp but it fails. is there anywhere i can see the upnp request logs? could be an issue with the synology NAS (DSM v4.2). asus-merlin latest .270 final release. currently all the ports are manually setup with is a major pain...
