    Yes , it does block vpn . But my question still remains , Why does nordvpn android app work just fine , with the same dns , the same connection , and the same configuration ( OpenVpn TcP ) And im no expert but if its blocked , shouldn't i not be able to open https websites too ? Thanks again...
