    Wireless Network disappears daily

Yes, I did get it fixed. I think it was turning off parental controls, but a lot of people mentioned turning off AiProtection so I did that too. I did turn off OpenVPN, but I don't think that was the issue. I haven't turned any of these back on. Something strange I have noticed. I did attempt...

AdGuardHome How to uninstall Adguard Home?

Thanks for the reply. It wasn't appearing, no options were. It eventually did, updated above.

AdGuardHome How to uninstall Adguard Home?

What is the safe/preferred way to uninstall Agduard Home? When in AMTM I don't get an option when running 'ag'. I thought I read installing Adguard Home changes ports, so I wanted to make sure things get set back to normal. I do see an AMTM reset. I just want to make sure I'm doing in the...

NextDNS behind CGNAT does weird things

What did you end up doing? I just got TMHI, ASUS router is stable again, and I'm debating ad blocking solutions. I paid for NextDNS and used it on the router for a while, though I'm not thrilled with the product as a whole. I've also used Adguard Home and now trying that on the router. Problem...

    DDNS in CG-NAT

Recently changed to T-mobile Home Internet. I understand CG-NAT, and it is an IPv6 environment, the public IPv4 we're given is shared. But I'm guessing the pubilc ipv6 address (dynamic) is unique. In theory, if T-mo wasn't blocking unsolicited inbound IPv6 traffic, would DDNS work? I know in...

    RT-AX58U Auto Reboots (Next steps?)

I don't think it was the AiProtection. However, that lead me to think about other services like Parental Control. And I couldn't believe I missed the fact that there's a MAC address in that string of repeating errors, which lead me to my daughter's kindle tablet. I don't think I really need...

    RT-AX58U Auto Reboots (Next steps?)

Thanks for the tip. Time will tell....

    RT-AX58U Auto Reboots (Next steps?)

Continuing this discussion over here, since Merlin doesn't seem to be the problem. After successfully reverting to stock firmware, the random reboots problem continues. It even seems accelerated today. The logs really don't show much. At this point, I'm not sure which steps to take to see if...

    RT-AX58U Crashing Regularly

UPDATE: I was able to revert to default firmware. I failed at this previously. The issue was, you need to use an older firmware (3.0.0.4.386.45898) before updating to the latest. I did it straight, didn't do a NVRAM reset, factory reset, settings. I'm sure it's not the recommended way. It does...

    unexpected reboots RT-AX58U

I've been having reboots of the AX58U as well. For quite some time. But you're not on Merlin?

    RT-AX58U Crashing Regularly

No, I just downloaded the file and uploaded it manually.

    RT-AX58U Crashing Regularly

Thanks, I had not seen that. There is just so much information there, I'm not even sure where to begin. Readings of my previous log files, no one could find what was causing the crash. It seemed like just a reset.

    RT-AX58U Crashing Regularly

I've had issues with the AX58U, previously. I tried to factory restore the device, but I didn't follow the steps correctly, so I still ended up on Merlin firmware. Which was fine, the reboots seemed to have slowed. However, after upgrading Merlin to 388.1, the reboots are much more frequent...

    Wireless Network disappears daily

Yes I do. A dog who sheds. But the power is behind the really heavy and difficult to move desk. But I will certainly check that out and also check out the router itself for airflow. It's certainly possible I don't dust up there enough. Thanks again for all your help. I appreciate it.

    Wireless Network disappears daily

https://pastebin.com/RTJ0cHgz Here's today's crash. I don't remember if yesterday's I had turned off SSH, but I know on this it is turned off. The router is high up on the top of a desk hutch, and if I recall the power adapter cable is pretty short. So odds are it's connected to a cheap indoor...
