Every time I have a problem with my VPN, like if it goes down, or if I make a change to its configuration ,the Web UI gets frozen up, I cannot access it anymore. I need to power cycle the router for it to work again. I don't know what else to do to not have this happen but it's become a massive...

Thanks to everyone for your views! I just got an AX86U and, so far, I am VERY happy with it. The CPU cores are not spiking as often as on the AC66U_B1 (and I get two more cores!), performance seems and feels better, in all, a happy transition! Now I'm going thru the new features of this model...

By the way, just to chip in with my experience, it seems I was having issues due to CPU spiking. After a few days the router always needed a reboot to get back into proper speeds. I noticed the CPU cores spiking really bad when I was having issues. Solution: Bought an AX86U :P

Yeah exactly why I mentioned this, it IS redlining, I get CPU spikes a lot. The router worked great for many years, I think it's due time for an upgrade (and work can pay for it :) ) Thanks for your input, I'll start looking at that one, but hope others chip in with their views too!

Yeah but not my case, this is why I said, my provider (Nord) uses only 10.7.x.x and 10.8.x.x (10.7 is TCP, 10.8 is UDP)

Well, that just isn't it. Finally after a few hard restarts, this looks normal (showing basically the same results as from the client). I don't know what it is, but feels like every now and then the router just decides to make everything bog slow, and nothing solves it but a restart. Nope, no QoS

So I happened to run into this issue. My VPN service only gives out local IPs in the 10.8.X.X or 10.7.X.X values. Is there any way I can fix this for the time being? Anything I tell VPN Director to route through Client 2, gets routed through Client 1.
