I hate to say it but this is a case of RTFM. If you are connecting two AX11000's , the primary one needs to connect to the secondary's WAN port (not the LAN port). If you connect LAN to LAN you lose wired backhaul. It will work but over the 5.2 band. What would be the point of doing that? The...

This has been my experience as well. Separate SSID's make a big difference.

Try looking at the driver on the computer instead of troubleshooting the router. They both have to talk to each other.

What model are you referring to? The AX89X can possibly replace the AX88U but the AX11000 is tri band which the other two are not.
