Does Asuswrt firmware have the ability to set a data cap/ limit / quota?

Is there a way to set a quota on log size (system, wireless, etc.) ? Would logrotate be the best tool ? What is a reasonable size limit for a log ? Is there a relationship between the size of a log and its memory usage ?

Do any of the routers or mesh networks have time limit controls for user/device? I want to setup time limits for my kids, and allocate daily quotas. [screen time limits] Most of the routers have scheduling and filtering, but not usage limits. Thanks.
