Is there a wireless router I could get that could get the extension of 300 feet? Nothing complicated. I have 3 buildings - one right next to each other and i need to get from one end to the other - simple solution.. anyone?

it is often easy. Is this line of sight?
You'll need a pair of bridges, not a router problem.
