I found this KB on the Asus site:

Question is, how would I go about adding custom drivers for a different USB device? I have a USB/wifi hotspot that I'd like to dedicate to the router however it's not recognized.
Already running Merlin on my RT-AC88u but I can't seem to find any documentation of driver supports for USB modems.
Any pointers would be welcome.
