5ghZ Guest Network GUI Disappears after Enabling 2.4GHz?

Disabling it brings it back, but without the 5GHZ label showing?
There's some odd buttons to the right almost off-screen too?

I am not a Router Geek, so please bear with me. I just want to set both bands to my Guest Network.

3.0.04.354.29 beta 1 RT-AC66U.

That firmware is very old (and it's also a beta). Start by updating to the latest version, do a factory default reset (since you are jumping over 12 firmware releases) and reconfigure your settings.

Ooops, right you are, I have been regularly updating the F/W and even had the latest 3.0.0.4_374.42_0 installed before, but for some reason I misread 2013 as 2014 in the betas
