A couple of Merlin newb questions

I have an Asus 1900p running 380.66_6.

1. Is there a way to see 24 hours past usage for a particular ip? Right now it only seems to be on the global usages.
2. I set up a guest 2.4g ssid, but it doesn't connect to the internet. I am leaving it open with no encryption and no access to the intranet. I can see it, connect to it but no access to the internet. What do I need to do to rectify?

Thanks !

Don't know about Qu 1, but on your second question:

1. I assume you have no problem connecting to the Internet with the same device when you use the standard, non-guest, 2.4GHz wireless network (just to be sure it's not the device that's at fault)?

2. Does it say "unlimited access" against "time remaining" on the Guest Network gui page?

3. Can you connect to the Internet on a 5GHz guest network?

4. How long ago (firmware versions rather than time) did you carry out a reset to factory default settings after you flashed the update? And which firmware version were you running before 380.66_6?

1. No problem connecting to the internet with the same device.
2. Yes.
3. Yes
4. No idea, I plugged the unit in and upgraded to the merlin-wrt version I am running now. I never did a reset to factory defaults after loading the new firmware.

I went in and deleted the guest account and then re-added - it seems to be working now.

Ok. But if you notice any other errant behaviour, it could be that a restoration to factory default settings is called for followed by your re-inputting your settings. Until then: if it ain't broke, don't fix it is the best policy. Glad you're sorted.
