A couple questions...rt-n66u

I recently bought this and have been looking into cfw. I used Tomato on my old router, am used to it, and like the interface, so ive been reading up on it. First, which file am i supposed to use? http://tomato.groov.pl/download/ has about a million. Secondly, does Shibby's come with transmission already installed? I have a NAS that has bt embedded on it, it isnt upgradable, and it sucks. This method seems like a win/win. Anyway, thanks any info.
