Anyway, I've decided to use the FRITZ!Box 7530 AX provided by my new ISP (Zen) as I get the full download speed (900 Mb/s) whereas I only achieved about half that at most with my ASUS router when I rechecked yesterday (even a factory reset and replacing Merlin with the stock firmware would not improve the download speed). Perhaps it doesn't like the CityFibre network or the new ONT they have provided, but I have no idea really. So this is what I have now:
