Ac-3100 updated to merlin 365.04 fw, download master will not install

I am seeing others having this issue. I know that entware is better, but I am used to download master and ease of use. Any idea why changing to new firmware (previous fw was 2 merlin versions older) is not allowing download master to install and function?
