AC3100 5Ghz network disappering

I have had this router for a few weeks, currently running Asus Merlin 380.66_4. Every so often (3-4 days) the 5Ghz network drops. All my wireless clients are unable to see the network. I can either reboot the router or change the wireless channel to get it back up. GUI says radio is up and I do not see anything obvious in the logs when it drops. Any ideas on what the issue may be ? Below is my config

Disable Airtime Fairness, MU-MIMO and Universal Beamforming. Check both bands for these.

I will make the changes and see what happens, might be a few days before the issue re-occurs. The 2.4Ghz band is stable, haven't had any dropouts.
