AC3100 - Cant upgrade fw

Hello.
My apologies if this has been covered before.

I have a RT-AC3100 running 386.1 and im trying to upgrade to a newer firmware. Im getting the following "Invalid firmware upload" error:

I have tried 386.2_0 and 386.2_4 with no luck.

Will appreciate your help

Are you sure you have downloaded the correct firmware?

Have you removed USB sticks from the router if you use them?

Check your process, disconnect USB drives. Have the same router here and updated with no issues what so ever.
