ac86u with 384.9 Merlin, "Firewall - URL Filter" doesn't work

ac86u with 384.9 Merlin, "Firewall - URL Filter" doesn't work。
For example :
I enabled "Enable URL Filter" option and select "Black List",
then add "nmap" as a keyword ,
at last , I clicked "Apply" ,
but it can't block "http://www.nmap.com.cn/"
