I have an HTTP server locally running on port 80 with a forward on the router, with Vulnerability Protection enabled only a small portion of the page loads slowly and then the rest times out. With it disabled, it works properly.
After disabling Vulnerability Protection while leaving on QoS, App Analysis, and all the other Ai Protection options turned on, I'm seeing stability on both internet connections which may have been related to my other thread here:

I'm also no longer seeing this error:

So far with it off the router is performing perfectly.
