I have just set up my AiCloud feature and what I have found is:
1. I linked my router to my Android phone with the 'Family' (read only) account. Once logged in, I see my USB disk but cannot see any folders in it.....If I log out and log back in with the admin account, i can see all folders. Is there a way I can allow the 'Family' account to view/read the folders?
2. When I logged into my Android App as admin, I see my .AVI file. I click, it loads, it plays but there is no sound. Any ideas how I can resolve this?
3. If I login to AI Cloud via either Safari or Chrome on my macbook (using admin account), i see the AVI file and when clicking it, it automatically tries to download as opposed to play/stream. Any ideas?
