Adding Multiple Networks - Can't apply bandwidth restriction

Hello,
I am running Shibby's build tomato-K26USB-1.28.RT-N5x-MIPSR2-104-AIO-64K.trx on my RT-N66U. All is working well except I ran in to a issue with Bandwidth restriction only working on the br0 bridge or "Lan" Network.

I had a br0 - eth1 10.10.1.1 with scope of 10.10.10.100-200

Another one br2 - eth2 10.10.8.1 with scope of 10.10.8.10-80

Virtual Wireless (Guest) br1 - wl0.1 10.10.5.1 with scope 10.10.5.50-100

** All with 24 bit mask (255.255.255.0)

I had no issues getting clients to connect on either of the three, but when I put someone's MAC address that was on either the 10.10.5.0 or 10.10.8.0 network, the bandwidth restriction would not work. If I entered an ip from either of these two in a new bandwidth rule, it would give me a error stating it was outside of the network. After putting that client on the 10.10.1.0 network (Lan), it then applied immediately.

Any help would be appreciated

thanks in advance,
