Addons: what am I missing?

Hi,
I've just installed the new firmware and it's all working great.
I've been looking for more information on installing addons but I can't find anything anywhere. I can see people discussing them, but I can't see how to install them. I can see people with an Addons item in their menu but I don't see one in mine.

Where do I go to find out how to install the menu item and the add-ons themselves?

Ignore the part about 'installing' amtm, as it is included in the firmware since RMerlin 384.15_0.
