Aicloud Not working all the time Help

I have RT-N66U with Merilin's latest firmware hoping to fix a AiCloud issue. when I log in to the AiCloud for my router the device are displayed and every once and a while they will work and when they don't work I get a "Can not connect to this url" pop up and it is driving me crazy trying to figure this out.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you new bee to the forum.
