AiMesh Node Not Following 2.4 GHz Channel Width settings of AiMesh Router...

I've got the GT-AC5300 as the AiMesh router and an RT-AC86U as the node. I have the 2.4GHz band set to Channel 6 and 20MHz. For some reason, some of my analyzers are showing the node as being set to 40MHz wide channels instead of 20 on the router. There are no settings to change for the node that I know of, so is this is a bug? I am running the latest firmware for the 86U which is now ahead of the release version of the 5300. To Be Honest I didn't check for this before I updated, but I was having a ton of disconnect issues across the system, so I did a factory reset on both units. I initially couldn't get anything to connect to my 2.4GHz band when it was set to Channel 6, switched to 11 and stuff connected. Switched back to 6 this morning and they seem to connect to it now.
