This is rather common for NAND flash. This is why there is a badblock table, and also some spare blocks available for use by the NAND controler.

Most likely you are using a device that tries to power itself from the USB port, and draws too much current.

I've got two bad erase blocks on my AC68 as well. I hope they don't spread like bad sectors on a hard drive.
