Another QoS question... how to prioritize VPN traffic?

With the new QoS solutions available, I am curious which one is best for assuring VPN traffic is the highest priority?

I have VPNs originating on hosts on my network and I would like to prioritize that traffic. Is there a particular QoS solution that works best in this case? If so, how is it configured? Some use OpenVPN, others use WireGuard.
