You have a bigger problem than flash ads. Your main page is serving up Java exploits. Screen captures:

No, because I'm now using a browser with everything disabled to view the site.
IMHO, you need to disable all ads until the advertising companies you use can prove that they've cleaned up their act.
It may get to that.
