Any Merlin add-on that monitors uptime of LAN devices?

I have almost 20 devices in my home and some of them might be blocking sometimes.
Do you know any add-on that monitors devices and send any kind of alert in case a device is down (not responding to pings) ?
 
Question - do these devices have a fixed IP address?
 
Yes, the ones that need to be monitored have a fixed IP address.
