Any way to make devices join the IOT network

Hello, is there Any way to make devices join the IOT network? Also if a device is on the IOT network while I’m on the main network I should have no issues connecting to it right? Specially I worry about my HomePods as I know Apple can be hit or miss with wifi sometimes.

Yes. With the new SSID/Pass you have to re-connect each one of them.

Also if a device is on the IOT network while I’m on the main network I should have no issues connecting to it right?

No. In default configuration IoT network is isolated from the main LAN.
