Anyway to associate RBK50 Voxell Firmware with another Openwrt router Belking Rt3200 for 802.11r Fast Transition?

I am trying to setup 802.11r between RBK50 running Voxel Firmware with Openwrt Belkin RT3200. I have them on Ethernet Backhaul. Has anyone achieved doing this?

I am sorry but I do not have such device: Belkin RT3200. Cannot check/test/recommend.
