Apple TV spam in log

My appletv 4k gen 3 is hardwired to the BE-88U running merlin, however when appletv is in the standby mode it does weird things:

It does constantly change between 100Mbps and 1Gbit. Is there anything I can do on asus side to prevent it from that, or it is just apple thing and I have to report it with them?

One can always provide feedback to Apple on this item - it's a known issue.

Two workarounds

1) disable EEE on that port on the router if possible; or...
2) enable HomeKit from iphone/ipad and make the wired ATV as the primary hub

I will have a look as iphone is not my daily phone :)

EEE is arleady disabled unfortunately:

Joloxx9@RT-BE88U-DAA0:/tmp/home/root# ethtool --show-eee eth6
EEE Settings for eth6:
EEE status: disabled
Tx LPI: disabled
