I installed latest version of Merlin on my new router, called isp and had it working just fine. Did a router reset after some changes and lost internet from isp, a call fixed it again, and then lost it for a third time without changing anything.
Now I cannot access the router login pages, and the internet technicians here say the router has an issue. I'm new to networking and am totally lost. How can I sace the router, or at least flash it to a returnable firmware?
